Inside the open plan space provides stylish, modern and practical holiday living with a relaxed open plan living and dining space which is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. A comfortable seating area with flat screen SAT TV is provided and the property benefits from WIFI access. There is a contemporary dining area for up to 6 guests and French doors lead out onto a private covered balcony terrace ideal for alfresco dining, with partial lake views.

The fully fitted kitchen provides all the appliances required for preparing delicious meals from locally sourced produce with a gas hob oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

The accommodation is flexible and versatile, and sleeps up to 6 with a beautiful master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a stylish second bedroom with twin joinable beds and a third bedroom with 2 single beds.

A second modern bathroom fitted with a power shower, washbasin, WC and bidet is also provided for guests and shared laundry facilities are provided to the basement floor of the building.

The property is perfectly placed for guests to enjoy the shared onsite facilities which include parking and a fabulous cafe bar restaurant.

The shared outdoor swimming pool with sunny lake view poolside is also the idyllic spot to enjoy a swim or sunbathe on the sun loungers with a good book and steps lead down to the Maccagno lakefront where a promenade provides a great place for jogging and walking. Maccagno also features a beautiful public beach and idyllic parkland perfect for picnics.

Activities include hiking, cycling and sailing, wind surfing and kite surfing can also be enjoyed at the La Darsena Sailing School. The picturesque town features charming streets which lead to a historical quarter with modern day amenities including a supermarkets, cafes and shops.

The nearby lakefront town of Luino is the perfect spot for a cappuccino or evening meal and a ferry runs from its harbour side to the famous resort towns of Lake Maggiore.

Guests can enjoy all there is to offer on Lake Maggiore with the cultural delights of Isola Bella, the Borromeo Islands and the attractions in the beautiful resort towns of Stresa and Intra. The family friendly adventure park of Mount Tamaro and the nearby Swiss Ski resort of San Bernardino. The Swiss and Italian Lake District boasts many activities including swimming, sailing, boat hire, hiking, cycling, golf, tennis, kayaking, horse riding, paragliding, bungee jumping and sea plane adventures.

The Swiss cosmopolitan city of Lugano can be reached in just 40 minutes and boasts a wide range of boutique designer shops, bars, clubs, casinos and cultural events and the beautiful Ligurian coast is also accessible for day trips and weekend excursions.
