The residence is situated along the quiet secondary road of ‘Via del Paduletto’; placing guests within 4-7 minutes’ drive away from the eateries of town, a local supermarket, the seafront, Lido, amusement park and Museo di Canevale di Viareggio.

Guests are also well placed for reaching the cultural attractions of Viareggio (14 minutes’ drive) and the fashionable resort amenities of Forte dei Marmi (17 minutes’ drive).

Many visitor attractions can be enjoyed in the surrounding area, including Ponte del Principe and Villa la Versilia, the annual Puccini festival in Torre del Lago, hiking at Monte Forato and Monte Matanna and the Art Deco resort of Viareggio.

Guests are also well placed for enjoying fabulous sightseeing day trips to Lucca 26 minutes’ drive) and Florence (1.25 hours’ drive away).
