The holiday residence is located along ‘Passage du Roc’, 2 minutes’ walk away from the wide selection of restaurants, bars and eateries on offer in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains. The town centre boasts all the must-have amenities to complement a comfortable self-catering stay.
The shuttle bus stop for the Mont Blanc ski lift is just a 2 minutes’ walk away; with the bus journey taking just 4 minutes. Guests can enjoy snow tours, paragliding and other extreme outdoor sports. Other top highlights include taking a traditional tram ride up to Mont Blanc, visiting the unique exhibition space of Pile Pont Expo and soaking up some culture at the historical local sites of ‘Maison Forte de Hautetour’ and ‘Eglise Saint Nicolas de Veroce’.

The surrounding area offers proximity to a range of beautiful walking routes, through mountainous gorges and past natural thermal springs. For those seeking a luxurious way to spend the day, the famous Spa of ‘Thermes de Saint Gervais’ is 5 minutes’ drive away, whilst the Spa and bar lounge at ‘ICE SPA’ is 7 minutes’ drive away.
