The convenient residence is situated 5 minutes’ walk away from the authentic eateries, popular beaches, watersports and sailing opportunities of San Bartolomeo Al Mare, along ‘Via Moreno.’
The town’s famous religious site of ‘Santuario Nostra Signora della Rovere’ is just 8 minutes’ walk away, whilst further along the coast, Imperia and Andora (14-17 minutes’ drive away) promise more coastal fun and visitor highlights, including ‘Castello di Andora’, the ‘Palazzo Tagliaferro’ Art museum (both in Andora) and the splendid Art Nouveau-era museum of ‘Villa Grock’ (situated in Imperia).

Afterwards, visitors can enjoy walking (or cycling) off their lunch at the ‘Parco Comunale del Ciapà’; with its pine woodland hiking and biking trails, sweeping panoramic sea views and restful picnic areas (15 minutes’ drive away).
