The convenient residence is situated along ‘Via Moreno’, 5 minutes’ walk away from the authentic eateries, popular beaches, watersports and sailing opportunities of San Bartolomeo Al Mare.

The town’s famous religious site of ‘Santuario Nostra Signora della Rovere’ is just 8 minutes’ walk away, whilst further along the coast, Imperia and Andora (14-17 minutes’ drive away) promise more coastal fun and visitor highlights, including ‘Castello di Andora’, the ‘Palazzo Tagliaferro’ Art museum (both in Andora) and the splendid Art Nouveau-era museum of ‘Villa Grock’ (situated in Imperia).
Afterwards, visitors can enjoy walking (or cycling) off their lunch at the ‘Parco Comunale del Ciapà’; with its pine woodland hiking and biking trails, sweeping panoramic sea views and restful picnic areas (15 minutes’ drive away).
