Perfectly suited for couples and groups of 4, this 1st floor balcony apartment offers year-round home comfort on the northern shore of Lake Maggiore.

Inside, the light and spacious double aspect living room features a stylish double sofa bed with flat screen TV. A contemporary dining area also complements the laid-back ambience of the room, which also offers an effortless flow to a lake view balcony terrace, with bistro dining table for 2.
The separate recently fitted kitchen also offers access to a lake view balcony, whilst the master double bedroom boasts a beautiful lake view backdrop, as well as terrace access. The full family bathroom suite is accompanied by a useful extra service WC.

To the building’s lower P floor, guests will find a communal heated pool with sun loungers, a sun bed and sauna. A private parking space is also provided, for added convenience.

The holiday home is also placed 46 minutes’ drive from Lugano Airport and 88 minutes’ drive from Milan Malpensa Airport.
